PATH19 is a celebration of maths and teaching. It brings together education’s most forward thinking advocates and practitioners of change with the Maths Pathway community to exchange ideas about maths teaching and learning.
Over two jam-packed days, you’ll be inspired by keynote speakers, connect with colleagues, get involved in workshops, brainstorm new teaching practices and collaborate to continue to change the face of education!
Friday, July 26 • 11:00am - 12:30pm
Workshop A: Data + Mini Lessons = Let's make sense!

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This session will cover how we have changed our teaching practices to include more data driven, targeted mini lessons and opportunities for Rich Learning, critical thinking and problem solving. See how we have overcome the challenges of introducing these elements into our fortnightly cycle. We will finish off with some of our favourite energisers for the beginning of lessons that have multiple points of entry. You will be able to take some practical strategies back to school for planning and implementation in the classroom.
